The main areas of capacity building systems logistics services in Ukraine. The structural scheme of logistics services in transport of goods projects. Perfection of logistic service is offered on the basis of the worked out system case of transportations projects frame. A case the rational use of material resources frame is worked out in the projects of transportations goods, the mathematical model of intercommunication of basic indexes of technical potential of the project-oriented enterprises of motor transport is offered, that is basis for optimization of transport possibility of park. The criteria of selecting projects of logistics service of increase of efficiency of goods transport, criteria of estimation of efficiency of transport projects, are offered.
