Orlova Y. Development of dehydration of sludges of municipal waste water on sludge beds

Such results are received in work: the advanced technology of dehydration of sludges of municipal waste water on sludge beds and intensification of their work are developed; structure and physical-chemical properties of mixture of sludges of municipal waste water, both at their treatment by flocculants and without their application are studied, that is fixed in basis of development of method of their dehydration on sludge beds; the mathematical model of dehydration of sludges on sludge beds with horizontal drainage, system of vacuumizing and taking into account the action of flocculants is developed; the rational parameters of process of dehydration of sludges on sludge beds with horizontal drainage, with use of flocculants and vacuumizing are specified; empirical dependence of middle diameter of particles of sludges from dose of flocculant is received. This dependence allows to take into account influence of dose of reagent on the parameters of filtration and, accordingly, time of dehydration of sludges on sludge beds with horizontal drainage and system of vacuumizing. The results of work are incalcated on Complex of biological purification "Bezludovskiy" UP ME "Kharkivkomunochistvod" Kharkov.
