Moshik I. The importance of Chernihiv higher educational establishments in formation Ukrainian intelligent (the 20-th - 30-th years of the XX century)

Dissertation is devoted to complex systematic research of importance of Chernihiv higher educational establishments in formation ukrainian intelligent in the first years of soviet power in Ukraine. From position system and Ukrainian knowing some peculiarities of the process of the higher educational establishments are opened in this period. The system network of Chernihiv higher educational establishments are describe and analyzed. Conditions, problems and results of process of ukrainization higher educational establishments in region are fixed. Some peculiarities of completetion Chernihiv higher educational establishments are opened in condition of idealization principles layer approach. Bad results of prolatarization higher educational establishments are pointed. Organizational forms and methods of study in higher educational establishments in this region are researched and described. Theirs influences for formation of new ukrainian intelligent are determinated
