Essay

The thesis is devoted to analysis of concept FENG SHUI as borrowed verbal substance through the investigation of the Russian-language printed and Internet sourses. The phases and spheares of the concept discoursive realization in Russian linguistic culture have been examined. The semantic and derivative potential of the word presenting the concept have been analized too. The author of the thesis studied the ability of another etnically marked concepts (such as Yin-Yang) to convey associative meaning FENG SHUI concept as well as the ability of Russian lexical and phrazeological units to corralate with Ba-gua notions.
