Gatytska А. Psychotherapy in complex treatment of alcohol addicted patients in outpatient conditions in a large center of Donbass.

Dissertation observes to the resolving scientific practice problem - on a base of analysis of social demographic, clinical psychopathological, experimental psychological and psychodiagnostical methods of research to draft and provide into the practice of alcohol abuse treatment medical centers, but also into educational process of Ukrainian medical universities the psychotherapy methods' modification in complex treatment of patients with alcohol addiction in outpatient department in Donbas' large center. The abundance and sickness' analysis of alcohol addiction among patients and possibility of their special assistance in Ukraine and in the world was leaded. A division of patients with alcohol addiction under age, level of education, main cases and running of alcohol consumption were explored. Clinical, clinical psychopathological peculiarities of alcohol addiction among 280 male persons during a period from 2007-2009 years were analyzed.Firstly we had analyzed the characteristics of personality, types of attitude of study persons to their disease and their attitude to treatment. Scientific approach which was used during work implementation gave an opportunity to work out, gave scientific ground and provided into practice of medical institutions of drug abuse treatment and into educational process of medical high educational institutions of country (Donetsk, Kharkov, Vinnitsa) the psychotherapy methods in complex with auriculoacupuncture and estimates their efficiency.
