Lapkin A. Organizational and Legal Foundation for Prosecutor's Activity on Maintenance of the Victim's Rights and Legitimate Interests in Criminal Proceedings of Ukraine.

Thesis is devoted to the research theoretical and practical problems of the public prosecutor to ensure of the victim's rights and legitimate interests in criminal proceedings of Ukraine. The issues related to the participation of the prosecutor in the mechanism for ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of the victim, determined by the nature of the relevant activities of it's object and subject, objectives and principles, legal framework are examined in detail. The organization of work and methodology of the prosecutor to ensure of the victim's rights are analyzed. Amendments to international instruments,Ukrainian legislation and departmental acts of Prosecutor General Office of Ukraine are proposed.
