Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the thorough investigation of public, political and scientific activity of G.O. Myloradovych in historical context of the second half of 19th - beginning of the 20th century. The basic stages of life, evolution of his world view and scientific interests have been depicted. G.O. Myloradovych's activity in local self-governing and class representative institutions as a councilor of local Zemstvo and a leader of Chernihiv province nobility were covered in the dissertation.
