Essay

In the dissertation the development of co-operative movement in Podillia during the Ukrainian revolution (1917-1921) is investigated on the basis of analysis of wide range of sources. It was ascertained, that in 1917-1920 co-operative organizations of Podillia were strongly supported by the population, and their activity had systemic character. The wide network of cooperative stores appeared in this period, the formation of regional unions in industries of consumer, credit and agricultural co-operation was completed.
