Markov R. Grain market conjuncture influence on food safety of the regiont

Definition of "food safety of the region" was specified in the context of correct specification of the definition "food safety of the country" with use of identified di-chotomy "food safety - food unsafety". Structure-dynamical development of changes of grain market conjunction of Lugansk region was analyzed. Existence of multiple food insecurities of the region were shown. Assessment system of influence of grain market conjunction on food safety of the region was created. Elements of the system are hierarchic decomposed factor groups, integral factor of regional food safety level and evaluation instruments. Procedure of removing a regional food unsafety was im-proved through using of evaluation outcome of the food safety on grain market con-juncture.
