Kolesnikova O. Organizational and pedagogical foundations of the social psychological and educational services in secondary school

The dissertation is based on the analysis of the scientific literature, the retrospective of the contemporary experience of domestic and foreign schools. The school social psychological and pedagogical service is justified in terms of scientific management, its value is formulated, pedagogical framework of its activities is defined. A structural and functional model of the school of social psychological and educational services of the five components is designed and presented, which includes and specifies organizational and pedagogical conditions. Represented by the general provisions, organization and course of experimental verification of the four years is theoretically modeled, the results are analyzed. The original hypothesis of the study is started, the promising theoretically sound is recorded and empirically proven for the use in the practice of the modern educational institutions.
