Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of structural and functional state of the adrenal glands of rats after the effect of toluene and use of thiotriazolin and tincture of Echinacea purpurea as protectors. We used histological, morphometric and statistical methods, the method of electron microscopy. It is established that toluene produces the changes of the adrenal glands of the rats, which are observed in all levels of the structural organization. Application of thiotriazolin and tincture of Echinacea purpurea as correctors reduces the manifestations of the changes caused by the influence of toluene. Efficiency of thiotriazolin is more than efficiency of tincture of Echinacea purpurea.
