Marasyk S. National self-determination of the Ukrainian people: social-philosophical analysis

The thesis is devoted to the social-philosophical analysis of the national self-determination of the Ukrainian people. On the basis of the complex intersubjective approach the influence of the ethno-national factors on the processes of the Ukrainian nation formation is made; the criteria of the polyethnicity of a society are formulated; the actualization of the foreign-ethnic factor as an independent complex phenomenon in the social life of a country in the whole and in the process of a nation-building as well is outlined. Within national character of the Ukrainians and personificated revelation of the ethnomentality the mentality of the Ukrainian elite, outlook basis of the national being self-organization are examined.
