The object is the process of the teenagers’ socialization in the modern sociocultural conditions; the aim is to prove theoretically and to check experimentally the social and pedagogical conditions of the teenagers’ socialization on basis of the artistic and aesthetic traditions of Donbass ethnocultural community; the methods are literature analysis, synthesis, systematization, questionnaire, a talk, expert estimation, experiment; the newness: the social and pedagogical conditions of the teenagers’ socialization on basis of the artistic and aesthetic traditions of Donbass ethnocultural community are worked out and proved theoretically; the results: the complex programme of the teenagers’ socialization on basis of the artistic and aesthetic traditions of Donbass ethnocultural community, programmes and methodological support of the seminars, trainings for the pedagogical educationalists are worked out; the field - Social Pedagogics.
