Object: process of increasing of professionalism of the young teacher of foreign language; the purpose: to prove theoretically and to check up experimentally the efficiency of pedagogical conditions of increasing of professionalism of the young teacher of a foreign language in-service teacher training education; methods: the literature analysis, modelling, supervision, conversation, questioning, an expert estimation and a self-estimation, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics; novelty: it is proved theoretically pedagogical conditions of increasing of professionalism of the young teacher of foreign language, the professionalism structure is defined, criteria and professionalism levels are established; results: it is developed the complex program of increasing of professionalism of the young teacher of foreign language and its scientifically-methodical support, special course with the usage of interactive methods of training of young teachers at courses of improvement the qualification, subjects of projects of professional development of young teachers of foreign language during the intercourse period, diagnostic tools for definition of levels of professional formation of the young teacher of foreign language; branch - the theory and methods of professional education
