Essay

The object of research is the process of training teachers of science in a distance postgraduate education. Aim: to develop a method of using Moodle as a vehicle for substantive competence of teachers of informatics in a distance postgraduate education. Used teaching methods for modeling processes, mathematical statistics, questionnaires, surveys, tests, interviews with teachers, direct, incidental, participant observation, expert methods. Scientific novelty and theoretical work is the first time theoretically grounded and developed Moodle-oriented didactic model and key components of methodological competencies of teachers of science subjects in distance postgraduate education; reasonably methodical principles of the subject teachers of informatics competencies in a postgraduate distance education; refined psychological, educational background of teachers of informatics competencies subject in a distance postgraduate education, the essence of the basic concepts of competence approach, especially "professional competence of teachers of informatics," "substantive competence science teacher" criteria and the level of subject competence of teachers of informatics, has evolved position pedagogical conditions for implementation of distance learning in postgraduate teacher education provision on the need for a focused and systematic work of the Institute of Air Defence information and communication technologies in distance learning, particularly of Moodle. The practical significance of the results of the research is in: developing methods of using Moodle, which in a distance postgraduate education provides an efficient development of subject teachers of informatics competencies and promotes capacity air defense system to ensure life-long education, development and implementation of copyright control "tutor - the organizer and leaderdistance course "(http://2.ukrintschool.org.ua/moodle/course/ view.php? id = 87), intended for training courses in a distance postgraduate education, and focused on the development of subject teachers of informatics competencies; conclusionguidelines for teachers and students of institutes of postgraduate courses on the use of air defense systems in a Moodle e-learning. The results of dissertation research implemented in teaching practice teaching of the "Institute of Continuing Education," National Technical University of Ukraine "Kiev Polytechnic Institute", Zaporizhzhya Regional Institute of Postgraduate Education, Zhytomyr State University named after Ivan Franko Zhytomyr Regional Institute of Postgraduate Education. A technique using authoring system Moodle is designed for use in distance postgraduate education and can effectively develop subject expertise of teachers of informatics.
