Essay

Thesis is dedicated to the study of morphological and morphometric peculiarities of vessels reconstructing and soft tissues of parodontium, and also changes of mineral density of jaw bones in the dynamic of diabetes mellitus in the experiment and to their comparison with the results of clinical and radiological examination of the sick with diabetes mellitus. On the background of exchange processes in the early terms of remodeling of superoxide diabetes mellitus in small arteries and arterioles there were found reactions of constrictive type, that were directed on the preventing of haemodynamic overloading of haemomicrocircular channel at reactive arterial hyperperfusion. In the remote terms there were continuing the decreasing of areteries capacity of all studied sizes by the hypertonus of their wall with thickening of muscle membrane and lumen narrowing, that in the future leads to deterioration of blood supply with the development of degenerative changes in the parodontium tissues, atrophy of mucosa and sclerosis of vessels’ walls. Clinically it was manifested with the worsening of hygienic status of buccal cavity. Disorder of exchange processes during this, is accompanied with demineralization of bone tissue of the jaws, that is confirmed by spectrophotometric research in the experiment and orthopantomography and echoosteometry in clinic. It was set an accordance of experimental and clinical data, and their dependence on the disease duration as well.
