Essay

Thesis research deals with analysis of influence of modes and methods of selfregulation on psychical state and physical efficiency of students of physical culture faculty and young physical culture teachers. Obtained data testify to possibility feeling better increasing the level of activity and mood by using methods of selfregulation. It was shown, that its use promotes increasing resistance to the action of shock making mobilizing psychics reducing frequency of appearing of psychosomatic and psychovegetative disturbing. Mastery and making good use of methods of selfregulation stimulate positive influence on physical efficiency and on the indices of maximum oxygen use and so promote the possibility of students to realize themselves in educational activity and physical culture teachers in performing their professional duties. The physical culture teachers who have used selfregulation methods reached normalization in regulation of cardio - vascular system and got opportunity for full value course of rehabilitation processes. In this way the use of selfregulation methods optimizes student's educational activity and professional activity of physical culture teachers.
