Essay

This scientific work presents a comprehensive analysis of the text categories of space and time in the lives of the saints. The essence of such concepts as "hagiographic text", "church space", "space of miracles", "own" ? "alien" space, "eschatological time", "physiological time" is characterized in it. The lingual units of the realization of text categories of space and time are observed in the dissertation. There is also the structure of the semantic field of text time of "Paterik Pechersky...". he specificity of functioning of the given categories in hagiographic texts is defined. It is ascertained, that by using the categories of space and time, "Paterik Pechersky..." is perceived as integral product, instead of group of the isolated texts, united in one book.
