Essay

The object of the research is the process of formation of a social-professional maturity of the perspective teacher of History; the subject-matter is the pedagogical conditions of an effective formation of a social-professional maturity of the perspective teacher of History in an educational environment; the aim of the research is in explicating of the tasks of a social-professional formation of a present-day teacher and in the process of formation of the qualitative characteristics of his/her personality; the methods of the research are the theoretical: analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization of a scientific literature in Pedagogy, Psychology, Philosophy, construction of a theoretical model, synthesis of an empirical material, classification, deduction, induction, modelling; the empirical: the diagnostic methods (questioning, interviewing, discussions, the socio-metric methods); the observatory methods (a direct, accessory, affiliated observation, an immediate and mediated observation); the prognostic methods (expert evaluations, generalization of the independent characteristics, modelling, extrapolation, scaling, ranking etc.); the experimental methods; the praximetric methods (the analysis of an educational activity, the professiographic analysis); the scientific novelty of the research is such: - for the first time the pedagogical conditions of attraction of the students - of the perspective teachers of History to different kinds of activity with the aim of the development of their self-realization in the process of formation of a social-professional maturity are revealed, theoretically determined and experimentally verified; - the core of the concept "a social-professional maturity of the personality of the perspective teacher of History" is specified, the criteria (social self-determination, social activity and social responsibility) and the levels of formation of a social-professional maturity of the perspective teacher of History (reproductive-satisfactory, stimulating, status-creative) are determined.
