The scientific problem of the development of flexible pedagogical technologies in the higher educational establishments of Ukraine (the end of the XXth - the beginning of the XXI st century) is considered in the thesis. The following problems were defined as the purpose of our work: putting into integral system the theoretical ideas and the experience of the development of flexible pedagogical technologies and revealing the peculiarities of their realization in the practical work of the higher educational establishments of Ukraine during the period under investigation for the creative application in the practical work of a modern higher school. In the process of realizing the purpose and tasks of our research the genesis of the idea of development of flexible pedagogical technologies in the practice of native higher school was analyzed; the conception of the development of flexible pedagogical technologies in the higher educational establishments of Ukraine at the end of the XXth - the beginning of the XXI st century was substantiated; specific character of the flexible technologies of education and their distinction from the traditional ones was characterized; the main tendencies of solving the problem of development of flexible pedagogical technologies in accordance with the defined stages were revealed; the experience of working-out and putting into practice the flexible pedagogical technologies in the higher educational establishments of Ukraine at the end of the XXth - the beginning of the XXI st century was generalized; the main directions of the creative introduction of flexible pedagogical technologies under modern conditions were emphasized.
