Thesis work is devoted to the research of the system of personal relations of men investigators and women investigators within law enforcement agencies. Empirical research has shown that investigators aspire to harmonize all aspects of life, establish positive relationships in different spheres of social interaction and implement their social role. Family values take a more prominent place in the structure of the system of investigative staff relations compared with the values connected with their professional activity. The optimization program of professional development and preventive work have been developed in order to prevent burnout in investigative staff relations to gender within law enforcement agencies.
