Essay

The dissertation presents the results of complex research of natural environment in Halych-Dnister region in Paleolithic. There are certain factors and stages of region's settlement outlined. Characteristics of dynamic changes in natural environmnet of Halych-Dnister Paleolithic period have been suggested based on the conducted research (this included analysis of spore-pollen data, paleocriogenes, mollusk fauna, etc.) This research also presents the correlation between cultural layers and stratigraphic horizons.
