Object of researchers - pneumoenteritis of piglets. Aim of the work was to study prevalence of microbial associations by swine diseases, caused by pathogenic and opportunistic microflora, and development of effective means of prophylaxis of pneumoenteritis in piglets. Methods of researchers are epizootological, clinical, pathologoanatomic, bacteriological, serological, hematological, immunological. From 3 to 8 species of microorganisms circulate on a priority of conditionally pathogenic microflora on the pig farms of the Lugansk region, they are a part of the formed microbiocenosis. Normative documentation on biopreparation "Vaccine inactivated against pneumoenteritis in piglets caused by conditionally pathogenic microflora" is developed
