Essay

In the dissertation hemomicrocirculatory thymic beds and its cells of the rats were studied under action of different doses (500 mg/kg; 50 mg/kg; 5 mg/kg; 0.5 mg/kg) of methyl tertiary butyl ether. We studied endotelicytes of hemomicrocirculatory bed of rat?s thymus and its cells after methyl tertiary-butyl ether effect after 3, 8, 15, 22, 60 days by transmission electron microscopy method. Is established, that the mosaic changes of hemomicrocirculatory vessels and thymic cells under action of methyl tertiary butyl ether occur in four stages: І - stage of comparative resistance; ІІ - stage of changes reactive, compensatory and adapted chandes; ІІІ - stage of exhaustion; ІV - stage of effective adaptation or normalization of structure. For the first time it was determined "apopto-necrotic clasters", which are manifestation of the hight grade of ІІІ stage (stage of exhaustion) of studied pathological process. In same time this manifestation is evidence of the excess level of apoptosis of lyphocytes and phagocyte incapable of macrophages, which are exposed to necrosis in thymus under methyl tertiary-butyl ether effect.
