Galyas I. Leader as the subject of power activity in a modern transitive society (socio-philosophical analysis)

The thesis is devoted to the socio-philosophical analysis of the nature of leadership under specific conditions of a modern transitivity society. The genesis of the phenomenon of a leader and a deep understanding of its nature and essence, a comprehensive analysis of the dialectics of the objective conditions and subjective factors in different aspects of pre-class, traditional and industrial societies as well as in transitive societies, namely Hellenism, Renaissance, Postmodern have been carried out. The leader's attributes and modes, have been studied. The evolution of values in the leader's activities has been determined and weak points in modern Ukrainian society of a transitional period have been focused. Special attention has been paid to analysis of axiological rationality of "situational" type of a modern leader in the conditions of postindustrial non-theocratic era and to the formation of a new humanistic leadership paradigm corresponding to the call of the times.
