Object - the process of future foreign languages teachers' professional training; subject - future foreign languages teachers'readiness forming to use ICT in professional activity; Rresearch aim - consists in a theoretical ground, working out and experimental verification of technology which ensures the future foreign languages teachers' readiness forming to use ІCТ in professional activity; Research methods are: theoretic: analysis of philosophic, psychological, pedagogic, metods of teaching literatures on issue of research; comparison, analysis, generalization, systematization, modelling, which were used for structure determination of readiness, criteria, levels, indices of students' readiness to use ICT in pedagogic activity, moduluses and strategies; empiric: filling in questionnaire, testing, interviewing, psychological and pedagogic observation with the aim to investigate the state of readiness forming on different stages of pedagodic experiment, diagnostics of formed levels, dynamics determination of future foreign languages teachers' readiness to use ICT: method of pedagogic experiment with the purpose to verify effectiveness of the offered pedagogic conditions and technologies of their realization in future foreign languages teachers' forming readiness to use ІCТ; statistic: method of frequency distribution, Student's criterion method of statistic analysis of pedagogic experiment (middling-quadratic deflection, dispersion, mode, readiness coefficient). By methods of statistic analysis in research the levels of future foreign languages teachers' formed readiness to professional activity with ICT usage are defined. In the process of forming experiment these methods gave the opportunity to examine experimentally and generalize the levels of formed readiness to use ІCТ and confirm the probability of attained results; The scientific novelty of the attained results consists in that: first the technology of future foreign languages teachers' readiness forming to use ICT in professional activity was grounded and examined experimentally; moduluses and strategies are determined; criteria, indices and levels of such readiness forming according to the components are picked out; notions that were specified: the notion of future foreign languages teachers' readiness to use ICT in professional activity; the notion of future foreign languages teachers' readiness forming technology to use ICT in professional activity; the system of didactic principles and ICT functions in teaching; the matter of the criteria, levels, indices and components of readiness; forms of foreign languages teaching with the help of ICT; the aspects of subsequent development: active, system, person-oriented, problem-developing approaches under the conditions of ICT usage in reaching foreign languages.
