Essay

Social and cultural preconditions and consequences of production-and-commercial activity in Ukraine in a market economy environment are analyzed. The business model is submitted on basis of sociocultural factors. The model ensures an activity effectiveness of production-and-commercial companies. It was demonstrated, that transition to post-industrial type of social production has changed sociocultural component in production-and-commercial companies activity. In particular, a labour structure and production-service relation have changed, communicative interaction has intensified, goods market structuring and saturation has established. As a result consumers pay more attention to goods qualitative characteristics and its demassification; creative concept embodiment in product is getting more needed. Now success is ensured not only natural and raw material resources, but and intellectual human assets; place and time in human interpersonal interaction are compressing and increase sociocultural content of production-and-commercial activity.
