Zakharchyshyna Y. The Pedagogical Conditions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Officers Training for Sociocultural Activities in Peacekeeping Missions

The dissertation is devoted to the actual problem of the Ukrainian Armed Forces officers training for sociocultural activities in peacekeeping missions. In the thesis the essence and the place of the notions "sociocultural activities in peacekeeping missions" and "professional peacekeeping sociocultural competence" are scientifically substantiated; the structure of the mentioned competence including value and motivational, cognitive, communicative, behaviour and practical components is worked out; the criteria, levels, indices of professional peacekeeping sociocultural competence are defined; the stages of its formation are put forward; the officers-peacekeepers' theoretical model of sociocultural competence at higher military educational establishment is worked out. Groups of pedagogical conditions of officers-peacekeepers' training for the sociocultural activity in the peacekeeping missions are defined and proved. They are: organizing, psychological, methodical and communicative. The programme of the experimental work of officers-peacekeepers' sociocultural training and professional peacekeeping sociocultural competence formation is presented in the scientific work; the principles, conditions, forms, methods, techniques and means of its successful formation are defined; the results of the diagnostic and formation experiment stages are analyzed.
