Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of the concept of praxeological and sociocultural aspects of forecasting. It is proved, that methodology-theoretical approaches to forecasting are not settled, they evolve under influence of sociocultural and praxeological factors. It is proved, that the basic concepts of futurology have mutual ontology, gnoseological and phenomenological principles. The basic methodological principles of social projecting are revealed, which are determined by reciprocal action of society, the project and attendant factors. It is submitted the proposal to make the state independent system of the strategic forecasting and planning in Ukraine.
