Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the improvement of the pipe-line vessels' operational characteristics of the dredging fleet during common excavation. Creation of the new ship's separation unit for stream splitting of soil pulp is pointed out. The mathematical model of pulp axially symmetric motion inside the cyclone cone chamber is composed and described. The description of calculation algorithm of separation of water from soil technological unit is given. Basic issues of vessel's dredge hopper separation unit manufacturing, mounting and fastening means are considered. Installation operation recommendations are formed. There are developed standard specifications of overhaul period of separation installation maintenance.
