Dissertation research is devoted to the study of the existent going near understanding concepts "career solicitations", that is considered through motivational construct of personality of officer that moves him professional development and induces to acquire the new lines of professionalism, to prepare the same the soil itself for a further career increase, and if necessary and to create terms on a thorny career way, there is officer service that, for this purpose. Career solicitations are exposed through such semantic descriptions: career іdentіty, career іnsіght (intuition), career resilience. Empiric investigational levels of development of career solicitations of officers on such descriptions: self-psychological competence, self-efficiency, locus of control, emotional stability, career іdentіty, career іnsіght (intuition), career resilience. The program of the psychological training of development of career solicitations is worked out and approved.
