Essay

Subject of research - display of nucleus and sytoplasmic genes of sytoplasmic male sterility of oilseed rape. Objective of research- developing genetical system of controlled reproduction of oilseed rape based on genes of sytoplasmic male sterility and partly self-incompatibility and creating starting material for hybredes. Methods of research - field, laboratory-field and laboratory. Genetical system of controlled reproduction of oilseed rape based on genes of sytoplasmic male sterility and partly self-incompatibility are developed for the first time. Forms of spring rape and winter rape with the indication of "sytoplasmic male sterility" are received. White blossoming forms of spring rape are selected, and genetical control of the quality of "white blossoming" is determined and based on them way of sterility controlling is developed. Hybrids of spring rape with the yielding capacity 54%-56% higher than standard yielding capacity shown at the competitive progeny test are created. Scientific researches are implanted at Uman State Pedagogic University named Pavlo Tychyna, National arboretum "Sofiyivka", LLC "All-Ukrainian Scientific Institute of Selection", Institute of Tuber Plants.
