The thesis is devoted development composition and technology combined medical product in form of effervescent tablets «Combitussin» on the basis of salbutamol sulfate, ambroxoli hydrochloridum, acetylcysteinum, anisi aetheroleum and acidum ascorbicum, that realises bronchospasmolytic action and bronchial mucus secretion. Optimal composition and rational technology of tablets is developed on the basis of complex crystallography, physicochemical, technological, mathematical, microbiological and pharmacological methods of investigation. The physicochemical characteristics of developed medical product, condition and storage term has been studied. The microbiological purity, specific pharmacological activity and sharp to-xicity medical product has been established.
