Dissertation is devoted development of composition and technology of allergen solution «Сandidasin» for immunodiagnostics of candida infection. On the basis of physical-chemical and biochemical researches the method of allergen obtaining from the Candida albicans fungus biomass with by means of extractant 5,0 % sodium hydroxide combining and ultrasound has been proposed. The allergen solution composition under codename «Сandidasin», containing lipid 5 mkg/ml, phosphate-buffered solution pH 7,2+0,2 and 0,25 % phenol concentration preservative has been proposed on the base of physical-chemical and biochemical researches. The methods of solution standartization have been developed, complex researches have been carried out. High immunodiagnostic activity and stability of the allergen solution in process of conservation have been proved.
