Essay

The scientific and methodical approach to anticonvulsant action suppositories creation for the treatment of epileptic diseases has been developed. The composition of the drug in the form of suppositories with dibamk (malonic acid N, N '- dybenzylamid) has been grounded theoretically and experimentally. On the basis of integrated biopharmaceutical, physical, chemical, pharmaco-technological and biological researches the optimum technology and methods of suppositories standardization have been developed. The stability of suppositories during storage has been studied. Preclinical trials of the developed suppositories under the conditional name "Suppositories with dibamk" have been conducted. Specific activity and harmlessness of the drug has been proven.
