In the dissertation the theoretical-methodological aspects of prospective future engineer-teachers preparation for personal oriented education in vocational and technical educational establishments are investigated. Priorities, contents and technologies of a personal oriented education were developed. The essence of prospective future engineer-teachers preparation for a personal oriented education has been grounded. The methods of prospective future engineer-teachers preparation for a personal oriented education, the expediency and effectiveness of which are testified by received experimental data, have been worked out. In the dissertation criteria, indicators, levels of prospective future engineer-teachers preparation for a personal oriented education were developed. The main results of research were applied into the practice of higher education establishments.
