The research object is the process of wool fiber dyeing. The research purpose is to improve the quality of wool fiber and reduce its cost due to intensification of dyeing wool process using the method of nonlinear three-dimensional electric-cavitation. Research Methods: spectrophotometric method, analytical and colloid-chemical methods, the method of mathematical planning, method of microscopic test. The intensification of wool fiber dyeing using acid dyes is implemented by applying an electric three-dimensional nonlinear cavitation that affects the environment of dying system. It is offered the plausible mechanism of activation of acid dye solutions due to destruction of water clusters and, consequently, viscosity reduction and surface tension that contributed to increasing in disaggregation of dye particles and increasing in their diffusion mobility in solution. An effective technology of wool fibers dyeing using acid dyes is developed. It provides intense, uniform stains that are resistant to physical and mechanical effects and preservation of wool fiber fastness. By reducing of dyeing process duration in 1.3 times the productivity of colored wool fiber manufacturing is increased, the energy consumption in the dyeing process is reduced by duration decrease and dyeing temperature decrease by 100°C to 85°C.
