Ievdokymova V. Intensification of technology of pretreatment of cellulose and blended fabrics by use of physical-chemical and chemical activation

Subject of the research is the processes of desizing and bleaching of cellulose and blended fabrics. The object of the research is increasing the competitiveness of textile materials while improving the quality of fabrics through the development of scientifically based technology of pretreatment of fabrics using effective bleaching systems on the basis of a stabilizer-activator, and the use of physical-chemical activation of desizing. Research methods are: analytical methods, methods of the mathematical planning, termogravicalorimetrical method, the microscopic researches. Theoretical and experimental possibility of reducing the decrease of staying tissues during low-temperature method of bleaching is justified by using effective bleaching systems on based stabilizer-activator at their optimal ratio which allowed significantly reduce the amount of work in progress while improving the quality of fabrics. The way of desizing of cotton fabrics is developed on basis using electricchemical activation water which allowed carry out the process without the use of chemical materials and reduce the load on the environment. As a result theoretical and experimental research developed and recommended to introduction the technology of pretreatment of fabrics for the release of bleached fabrics and by dyeing in light or dark tones. Influence of the developed technology of pretreatment on the quality of fabrics, chemical and technological properties are characterized. Introduction of workings out is planned in the industry.
