Object - cryptorchism of children; Objective- treatment intensification of children with cryptorchism by optimization Object appendicular peritonitis in children; aim - improvement of treatment results in children with appendicular peritonitis by means of improvement of endovideosurgical method of operative intervention and prophylaxis of complications; methods - clinical, clinical laboratory, apparatus, morphologic, statistical; novelty - scientifically justified usage of endovideosurgical technique in treatment of acute appendicitis, complicated with peritonitis of various spread; findings to laparoscopic appendectomy in children with appendicular peritonitis are made concrete; possibility of prognosing development of post - operative complications on the basis of biochemical marker of inflammation (procalcitonin) was proved; a new technique of endovideosurqical access was worked out; endovideosurgicaly-assissted bowel intubation was proposed; a comparative analysis of course of postoperative period n children with appendicular peritonitis, who underwent laparoscopic appendectomy in comparison with laparotomic interventions was done; results - developed and introduced modified endovideosurgical method of surgical intervention and prophylaxis of complications as well as treatment-diagnostic algorythm of endovideosurgical method of treatment of appendicular peritonitis in children allowed to reduce number of postoperative complications by 13% and terms of hospital stay by 11,8% in comparison with traditional method; implementation - treatment practice, education process; sphere- medicine.
