The dissertation is dedicated to the creation of new child angioprotector based on a combination of biologically active substances of natural and synthetic origin in the form of syrup under the code name «Fitoetavit».Standartized black currant juice direct extraction was performed specifications for raw materials were worked out. Оn the basis of physical, physicochemical, technological, microbiological and pharmacological studies the composition and technology of liquid formulations in the form of syrup etamzylat and black currant juice were approved for the prevention and treatment of hemorragic syndrome in pediatrics. The properties of the developed drug have been surveyed, methods of quality control suggested, conditions and shelf life of syrup «Fitoetavit» defined.Specific angioprotective, hemostatic and antioxidant activity of the remedy has been established, as well as its safety.
