Lazarenko K. Psychological Peculiarities of Communicative Potential of the Leaders of the Organs and Subdivisions of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of optimization of psychological tools for the development of communicative potential of leaders of the Organs of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The elaboration level of the features of this phenomenon in the psychological literature is analyzed; the psychological peculiarities of its development are investigated; the essence, structure, criteria for evaluating the communicative potential of the leaders of the organs of Internal Affairs as well as the diagnostics methods are determined. The organizational and legal opportunities for optimizing the communicative potential of militia leaders in the process of interpersonal cooperation while performing their managerial activities are defined.
