Katba Z. Evaluation of the surgical treatment of children with cryptorchidism in the long-term postoperative period.

Object - changes of the anatomy-functional state of testicles in a remote postoperational period after the operation of prolapsus of organ and andrology status of patients; purpose to promote efficiency of treatment of children with a cryptorchidism by the choice of optimum age and adequate operative method on the basis of study of remote results of surgical treatment of patients which were operated concerning a cryptorchidism in child's age; methods – clinical, instrumental, laboratory, morphological, statistical; results – risk factors, having a negative influence on the functional state of tomentous testicle after a surgical correction, are first certain; the estimation of efficiency of surgical correction of cryptorchidism is first conducted in a remote postoperational period on by information of the functional state of the operated testicle; reliable connection of development of postoperational complications of cryptorchidism is set statistically in a remote postoperational period with the term of beginning of surgical correction of cryptorchidism and its method; character of changes is first studied in ejaculate of patients, operated concerning a cryptorchidism in childhood; the new method of surgical correction of cryptorchidism is developed; branch – medicine.
