Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the issue of different types of educational institutions in rural areas, and the theoretical justification of organizational and pedagogical formation and functioning of lyceums in rural areas. On the basis of the scientific literature the organizational principles and pedagogical conditions of lyceums in rural areas are determined. Organizational principles include legal, financial, economic, logistical principles, the pedagogical conditions include management and diagnostic, scientific and methodical, psychological, educational, sanitary and hygienic conditions.
