Vylegshanina M. The Legal Acts in communication environment of modern Ukraine

The dissertation is dedicated to research of the Legal Acts, as the specific type of document and legal information's resource. The problems of activation it social using by including Legal Acts to communication environment of Ukraine were con-sidered. The status of problem and the source of information this research were ana-lyzed. The documentary analyses of concept "Legal Act" was realized and specific of circulation this document in communication environment was determined. The func-tions, peculiarities, which are inherent to these documents, were definite, based on that it were qualified with facets. The problem of regulation and representation of Legal Acts in communication environment was solved. The promising model of us-ing Legal Acts in communication environment and ways it realization through work-ing up the state target program "Legal information in Ukraine" were proposed, it will create the extensive centrеs network of the legal information on the different regional levels. It was proved, that all fundamental public relations, the participants of which are citizens, state structures, local authority, enterprises and institutions, public asso-ciations and others are regulated in conformity with the legal norms thought the in-strumentality of the Legal Acts, which are information resources of the Ukrainian communication environment.
