Korniichuk K. Organization of electronic document management system in transport complex of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of the organizational principles of the formation of the electronic document management system in the information and communication environment of the transport industry infrastructure of Ukraine. The scientific novelty consists in application of the comprehensive approach to analyze the sectorial structure-functional characteristics of the documents flow and circulation in the transport industry, which is due to the influence of the external and internal factors on sectorial documents within different types of transport and orientations (cargo and passenger transportation); and to examine the legal framework in formation of the electronic document management system under conditions of the information and communication environment of transport enterprisesThe research suggests the perspective model of the integrated EDMS organization for the transport complex of Ukraine, which substantiates its main ideology – formation of a common information environment on the basis of the corporative EDMS of transport enterprises, based on the principles of inter- or multimodal information-document communications. The main organizational blocks for the formation of EDMS, such as institutional and management structure; document management and information technology block, are described.
