Functional and structural model of cost management system in projects and programs of ship-repair production with the application of SADT technique, budgeting model in matrix arrangement of structures with the account of peculiarities of ship-repair enterprises, model of the current control system of project and program implementation at ship-repair enterprises, mechanisms of cost regulation in projects and programs of ship-repair enterprises on the basis of developed budgeting models for ensuring project completion within the frames of approved project, techniques of budget use as carriers of information control in the models of income and expense balance are the results of the work.
