Shamray O. Portfolio project management of a competitive shipyard

The thesis deals with increasing the competitiveness of shipbuilding enterprises by the rational use of their resources (labour, financial, technological). The models and mechanisms of the project portfolio value management and effective project assessment within portfolio were developed. There have been also developed the design models of the corresponding organizational structures. The specific budgeting at shipyards has been determined, informational relations in the process of project portfolio management. The methods and mechanisms have been realized as algorithm and program software and applied for improving the planning at shipyards.
