Sharanevich I. Process and results of sensibilizing therapy of alcohol depended persons from the point of view of evidence based medicine's criteria

The theoretical basis and new decision of scientific task of improvement of quality of life for alcohol depended patients during forming of therapeutic remissions at different variants of sensibilizing treatment were done in this dissertation. Comparative complex clinical and psychopathological and psychodiagnostic characteristics of patients at the con-dition of complete remission and at the condition of relapse after maintenance treatment with long-acting medicine form of disulfiram was present. It was established dependence of prognosis of therapy results on degree of heaviness of alcoholic dependence, heredity, dynamics of the emotional state and quality of life. It was determined the correlation be-tween different clinical and psychodiagnostic characteristics in patients with the positive results of treatment and patients with the negative result of treatment. Prognostic meaning of clinical and psychodiagnostic indices and dynamics of quality of life for estimation of efficiency of maintenance therapy with long-acting medicine form of disulfiram was estab-lished. The diagnostic value and measure of informativity for every prognostic sign was got as a result of complex clinical psychopathological and psychodiagnostic investigation and tables for prognosis of efficiency of maintenance therapy with long-acting medicine form of disulfiram was created on this basis. It was determined the dynamic factors of prognosis as therapeutic targets for minimization of relapse probability. The optimum approaches to conducting of such therapy with the purpose of improvement of patient's quality of life was elaborate. Introduction of the obtained results was done by lectures, publications and imple-mentation's acts.
