Essay

The theoretical generalizations and new decision of actual scientific task which is determination of subjective (clinical, psychopathological and psychodiagnostic), and also objective (phonoscopic) signs of psychical and behavioral disorders due to use of opioids and development on this basis of method of complex diagnostics of the state of depend-ence on these psychoactive substances were made in dissertation work Comparative complex clinical, psychopathological and psychodiagnostic research of persons with dependence on opioids (both withdrawal condition and remission) and also practically healthy persons was carried out for the first time, as a result of which it was de-scribed correlations between steady personal features, current psychopathological displays and phonoscopic descriptions of sounding speech at opioid dependence and in the state of practical health, and also the got objective (phonoscopic) markers for diagnostics of the states of dependence. The informativity of different methods is appraised in relation to di-agnostics of the state of opioid addiction. As a result of clinical, psychopathological, psy-chodiagnostic and phonoscopic investigation the diagnostic value and informativity of every obtained differential-diagnostic sign were definite and method of complex objective diagnostics of the withdrawal state and state of remission in the structure of opioid addic-tion was created on this basis.
