Object – age-dependent regularities structure and syntopy of nose adjacent sinuses in human ontogenesis; purpose – to estimate age-dependent changes in structure and syntopy of maxillary sinuses in human ontogenesis; methods – histological, macroscopical, roentgenographical, morphometrical, statistical; the results – by the complex methods of morphological research during all periods of human ontogenesis study the peculiarities of anlage, development and formation of the topography of the maxillary sinuses walls was conducted. The topographic and anatomical relationships of the walls of maxillary sinuses, their morphological changes, the periods of their intensive and slow growth and variability in human ontogenesis have been established; branch – medicine.
